I know I might be a little bit late in getting this out to you, but I was in Orlando for a week at Florida Realtors Convention and just got back. But let’s get started on the newsletter.
This month we have an article on home staging. I know we have talked about curb appeal and how important it is to get them in the door, but once they’re in the door, that’s when the wow factor has got to begin.
Not all of us are skilled like HDTV designers so if you need a little help with that, consider hiring professional stager. They can do remarkable things and can look at your home as a blank canvas and just change a few little things that would be very inexpensive but really give you that wow power. The next thing we have is seven tips to sell your house now. There are some markets that are fast moving and there are some that are starting to slow down.
There’s so many tools out there that many buyers and sellers think that they really have all the information and they know how to price their home or know how to negotiate the price on a home.
But you know what?
With the market changing the way it is and in different locations, there’s a lot of factors that come into that that many buyers and sellers are not aware of.
This is when your real estate agent becomes the expert and the expert you need in your corner to help you with that!

Of course, we have our awesome stats that we do for you every single month. Now, we’ve got three markets that are really hot markets and I’m going to go into those a little bit with you.
Even the Navarre/Fort Walton Beach market has become a hot market with 4.9 months of inventory and 2.3 percent off of list.
Guess what? Another market has really picked up.
It’s surprising that I really haven’t highlighted in the past, and that’s Santa Rosa Beach, north of 98, homes. They are down to 5.3 months of inventory and negotiating down only 1.2 percent off of list. Wow!
As for the rest of our markets: they’re at 6 months of inventory or above and average list price is 6 percent or above.

- You have access to all the listings that are currently on the market in our MLS.
- You can search your general location or you can search in another location.
- You can do a detailed search or you can do just generic search.
- You can see where the open houses are, based upon where you’re located at that time.
- You can even see rentals!
Another really neat feature this app has is the ability to share with me any listing that you may want to talk about with me, or even go see! And it’s really easy to do.
