Destin/Miramar Beach condo market is continuing to improve and is getting close to a balanced market for the first time in years!
The Eastern end of 30A homes are a weak buyers market while the Western end is a strong seller’s market.
And so it continues….Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, and Navarre are very strong seller markets.
There is lots of new construction in all markets but the Navarre market appears to be the hottest!
